My flight with airBaltic ended up being delayed, which is never fun, but I have to say they handled the communication well. I kept getting updates by SMS and email, so I wasn’t stuck wondering what was happening. The gate staff also explained the situation clearly, which helped. Compared to some other airlines I’ve flown with, where you’re basically left guessing, this felt much less stressful. The wait wasn’t ideal, but at least I felt kept in the loop

"Easy to use and no hassle..."
I used the airBaltic app to book my flight and check in, and it was straightforward... I didn’t have any trouble finding my flight details or adding a bag, and everything loaded quickly on my phone. My boarding pass showed up without any issues, and I also got gate updates through the app. Not much to complain about really... it just did what I needed without making things complicated.

"Started Easy, Then Got Frustrating"
At first everything was easy to use, so I thought it was going to be a smooth experience. But then the payment kept acting weird, and it got really annoying. I felt like I had to keep chasing or almost begging just to get a basic payment to go through, which left me resentful by the end.

They did wait a bit for the late connection, and that really helped, so I do want to give them credit for that. The only frustrating part was the airport info being confusing, and it made the whole situation more stressful than it needed to be

I ended up finding a decent ticket price on airBaltic, cheaper than I thought it would be for whatever dates I was checking. Not sure if it was a promo or I just got lucky, but the booking part was easy enough too. No real complaints from me

I booked my flight on airbaltic.com last week, and the baggage allowance was easy to understand before I paid. I appreciated being able to see right away what hand luggage was included, which saved me from second-guessing later. The only thing I noticed at the time was that the extra bag prices could’ve been a bit more obvious, since I had to look a little closer to find them...

The flight itself was fine, but I was surprised by how little there was in terms of in-flight entertainment. For the price I paid, I personally expected at least a few movies or shows to help pass the time. Maybe it’s not a big deal for everyone, but I got bored quickly and it made the trip feel longer than it needed to.

My airbaltic flight ended up leaving over an hour late, and there really wasn’t much info being shared at the gate. Like, I get that delays happen, but this isn’t the first time for me with them, so yeah, it was annoying honestly.

Well... I fly with airBaltic a few times a year, and their loyalty program has actually been useful. The points seem to add up quicker than I thought they would, and I’ve already used them to get a cheaper flight. It’s simple, straightforward, and doesn’t feel like a hassle.

The flight itself was fine, nothing too memorable. The crew seemed like they were in a serious hurry and weren’t especially friendly, which really added to the charm, of course. Drinks also took forever to show up, so if you enjoy waiting around and lowering your expectations mid-flight, this one delivers.

"Really clean cabin, though not everything was perfect"
Flew with airBaltic last week and I have to say, the cabin was genuinely spotless. The seat, tray table, and even the floor all looked properly cleaned, and there wasn’t any random old rubbish left around. It felt really fresh when I got on, which made the flight feel nicer right away. That said, I wouldn’t say the whole experience was amazing or anything, but the cleanliness definitely stood out. Funny how something so simple can make a big difference.

I booked a flight through airBaltic because the fare looked cheap at first. Once I got further into the booking, though, I started noticing that bags, seat selection, and a few other extras added up quickly. Maybe the details were listed somewhere, but from my experience it didn’t feel very clear or obvious while booking. I don’t mind paying for extras if that’s how the pricing works, I just prefer seeing the real final cost earlier. It left me a bit annoyed and unsure if I’d book with them again.

"Surprisingly decent food on airBaltic"
Flew with airbaltic last week and, the food was better than I expected, which isn’t exactly a high bar for plane food. The sandwich was actually fresh, the coffee tasted good, and the staff got everything out quickly. Prices were reasonable enough for a flight too. Nothing fancy, but it was nice, tasty, and I’d probably order it again

From what I remember, the new time worked without any issues. I did have to reach out to support, and they got back to me fairly quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth enough experience.
